Precautions for battery installation

1, when the battery is used in groups, it is recommended that the battery be matched first, and the battery with the same or similar open circuit voltage is taken as a group, and the voltage difference monomer is recommended as a level;

2, after checking the battery is not abnormal, install it in the designated place (such as battery rack);

3, avoid installing the battery near the heat source (such as transformer);

4, because the battery storage may produce flammable gas, installation should avoid close to the spark generating device (such as fuse);

5, before connection, polish the battery terminal, so that it appears metal bright;

6. Be careful to short-circuit the positive and negative terminals of the battery with conductive materials.

7, when multiple batteries are used together, first ensure that the battery is connected correctly, and then connect the battery with the charger or load. In this case, the positive electrode of the battery should be connected to the positive electrode of the charger or load, and the negative electrode should be connected to the negative electrode. If the battery is not connected to the charger correctly, the charger will be damaged, be sure to take care not to connect incorrectly.

8, when wiring, pay attention to the connection firmly, but do not use too much force to avoid damage to the terminal, tighten according to the recommended torque. Do not use excessive force on the terminal part, each connection nut and bolt must be tightened.
